UNCASVILLE, Conn. (Mon, February 19, 2018)– The second of four fights making up the first round of the 2018 Bellator Heavyweight Grand Prix took place on Friday, February 16 at the Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, Conn.

The Mohegan Tribe Department of Athletic Regulation released the medical suspensions for Bellator 194 and you can see the full list below.

According to the list, Liam McGeary needs a doctor’s clearance on his left knee but if a doctor does clear him he still has a mandatory 90-day suspension. Derek Campos (19-7 MMA, 8-5 BMMA) did get suspended indefinitely until cleared by a neurologist he also needs clearance by a maxillofacial doctor due to a possible orbital fracture.

Roy Nelson (22-15 MMA, 1-1 BMMA) suspended 45 days due to a laceration after loosing against Matt Mitrione (13-5 MMA, 4-0 BMMA) by majority decision.

Bellator 194 Medical Suspensions:

Roy Nelson: suspended 45 days due to a laceration

Derek Campos: suspended indefinitely until cleared by a neurologist; also needs clearance by a maxillofacial doctor due to a possible orbital fracture

Vadim Nemkov: suspended 45 days due to a contusion

Liam McGeary: suspended indefinitely until cleared by an orthopedist due to a possible left-knee injury; even if cleared, suspended 90 days

Jose Perez: suspended 30 days for precautionary reasons

Geoffrey Then: suspended indefinitely until cleared by a neurologist with an MRI; even if cleared, suspended 90 days

Thomas English: suspended 60 days and needs neurological clearance for precautionary reasons

Peter Nascimento: suspended 30 days for precautionary reasons

Tyler Hamilton: suspended indefinitely until cleared by an orthopedist due to a left MCL strain; even if cleared, suspended 90 days
