Brllator 204: Darrion Caldwell vs. Noad Lahat official results
SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – Bellator 204 took place on Friday August 17, 2018 at Sanford Pentagon in Sioux Falls. The main card aired on Paramount while the prelims streamed live on the Bellator app.
In the main event, Darrion Caldwell made his 1450lbs debut stopping Noad Lahat with strikes in the second round. Caldeell controlled the fight with his wrestling taking Lahat down at will. During the second round it was more of the same until Lahat gave up this gave Caldwell the chance to drop right hands in until the referee stopped the fight.
In the co-main event, Logan Storley dominating A.J. Matthews with a second-round TKO stoppage. Using his wrestling Logan was able to take the fight to the ground but he accidentally landed an illegal knee to the head while in side control. The ref stopped the fight check on Matthews but after a quick check Matthews was ready and they continued to fight until the bell rang. During the second round Storley controlled the fight and was able to take hom down. He used his grappling skills and started landing elbows until referee Jason Herzog stopped the fight.
In the feature bantamweight bout Ricky Bandejas was able to derail the hype train of James Gallagher. Ricky knocked out Gallagher in the first round. Bandejas landed a straight right hand and then landed a stepping sidekick to the face that dropped James.
To start the main card we saw Tywan Claxton take on Cris Lencioni to settle their bad blood. Claxton was dominating the fight winning by unanimous decision as he used his grappling and wrestling skills. Below you will find the complete and official results.
