The main event of the evening features Roger “The Leprechaun” Carroll (16-15) vs. John “Doomsday” Howard (24-13) in the Middleweight division. Former CES Middleweight champion, Howard returns to the promotion after 14 fights with the UFC. This will be Carroll’s first fight in over a year and will be looking to score his 15th submission on Friday night. With Howard’s decorated CES background and Carroll’s history of 9 first round finishes, you won’t want to miss this fight!
Two of CES MMA’s best Bantamweights, Branden “Soku” Seyler Sr. (7-5-1) and Dinis “Sweetbread” Paiva (9-6), are squaring off in the Featherweight division in the co-main event. Paiva claims the bulk of his training has been focused on boxing, so watch for him to hunt for the finish all fight. Seyler is coming off of a big upset win over the previously undefeated Kris Moutinho at CES 45 in August, via first round guillotine. Both contenders are pushing to maintain their winning streaks and Paiva claims his “hands will do the talking”.
