Conquer Fighting Championships 3

CALIFORNIA  (Wed, March 15, 2017)– Since the scenic view surrounding the Craneway Pavilion in Richmond, California resembles a Renoir, the matchmakers at Conquer Fighting Championships burned the midnight oil to fill the cage talent vivid enough to drag attention toward their canvas; therefore, they contracted a bout pairing Roger ‘Rare Breed’ Severson (1-1) and Michael ‘The Berserker’ Olson (3-1), two bantamweights shaded in various hues of violence.

Nearly ten months have disappeared from Severson’s calendar by the roger severson cfc 3time he returns to duty at Conquer 3. Following three hard fought rounds with Tito Mendoza at CFC 2, the judges unanimously favored the efforts of Nobody MMA’s up-and-comer, filling the column counting wins with its first tally. Once ‘Rare Breed’ tasted the rush of his hand being raised in the center of ‘The Steel Coliseum,’ he has hardened his mindset to ensure: winning becomes commonplace.

olson cfc 3During the months his opponent has been M.I.A., Olson crossed the threshold of West Coast Fighting Championship’s cage on three separate occasions, totaling approximately one round’s worth of work. Any warmness Olson’s teammates at MMAGOLD are accustomed to will vanish on fight night, and the focused scowl of ‘The Berserker’ remains in tact until the official decision is rendered. Olson’s last outing, at WFC 18, allowed him to remove his war mask in record time, submitting Joe Roye in twenty-five seconds and earning Submission of the Night.

Snapping a photo along the edge of the San Francisco Bay will offer visitors to Conquer 3 a self-made postcard, but the action anticipated to occur between Severson and Olson will provide content to write home about.

A standard practice in MMA wraps one corner in red tape and the other in blue. By pairing featherweights JT ‘Grandma’s Boy’ Donaldson (2-2) and Dillon Moore (3-0), Conquer Fighting Championships (CFC), at CFC 3, flips this understanding on its head by filling one half of its cage in black and the other in gold on March 18, 2017.

Following a gold-medal performance over Drey Mitchell at CFC 2, a DSC2533gray cloud attempted to fog the mind of Guerilla Jiu-Jitsu and Team Black’s prospect with setback. Donaldson was scheduled to appear at Bellator 165, but his opponent suffered an injury days before; additionally, he found a slot on a fight card to kickstart 2017, but the promotion was forced to cancel the show. Returning to the Craneway Pavilion to face Moore at CFC 3, Donaldson looks defend his Bay Area backyard and strike it rich by defeating another member of MMAGOLD.

14976463_885797024889248_7602841061029242529_oWhile Donaldson struggled to find a cage door to cross, Moore contracted his handiwork at both 145 and 155-pounds with West Coast Fighting Championship (WFC), dominating both divisions and earning the coveted title: 2016 WFC Breakthrough Fight of the Year. Though Moore’s last outing was a destructive finish over Team Alpha Male’s Nathan Feitosa at lightweight, he’s eager to, once again, squeeze into his featherweight frame. Revenge for a teammate, an opportunity to compete at an optimal weight-class, and the determination to hold firm to an undefeated record will cause Moore to ditch his neck of the woods in El Dorado Hills to challenge Donaldson

While most people don’t resort to fisticuffs over their favorite color, Moore and Donaldson volunteered to do so in mid-March at CFC 3, and fight fans surrounding Northern California won’t want to miss these two paint each other in black eyes, deep purple bruising, and crimson blood.
