(Sofia. 2 April 2017) The Finals of the 2017 IMMAF European Open Championships concluded on 2 April at the EFE Hotel Marinela Sofia. Following 5 days of amateur MMA tournament action, new and defending medallists were crowned.

Hosted by the Bulgarian MMA Federation (BULMMAF), all matches took place under IMMAF Amateur MMA Rules.
