INVICTA FC PARTNERS WITH UNIVISION
TO BROADCAST INVICTA FC 16
Invicta FC 16 | Airing on UDN Saturday, March 12 at 12:30 a.m. ET
Kansas City, Mo. – Invicta FC today announced a broadcast agreement with Univision Deportes, the multimedia sports division of Univision Communications Inc. (UCI) that also includes UDN, the No. 1 Spanish-language sports network.
Invicta FC 16, scheduled for Friday, March 11 at the Trinidad Pavilion at Tropicana Las Vegas, will stream live via UFC FIGHT PASS at 8:30 p.m. ET. On March 12, beginning at 12:30 a.m. ET, Univision Deportes will broadcast the fight card offering fans some of the most exciting and heart pounding action from inside the cage on UDN.
“We’re thrilled to be able to showcase Invicta and our incredible athletes for the Latino community,” said Invicta FC President Shannon Knapp. “Univision Deportes is an ideal platform and we’re ready to deliver a great night of fights for our new viewers.”
On March 13 at 1 a.m. ET, Univision Deportes will air Zona de Combate, a half-hour program taking a behind-the-scenes look into the world of professional fighting, on UDN.

In the headline bout of Invicta FC 16, newly crowned atomweight champion Ayaka Hamasaki (12-1) defends her title for the first time against red-hot challenger Amber “The Bully” Brown (6-1).
Comprising the second leg of a championship doubleheader, an interim flyweight champion will be crowned when Brazilians Vanessa Porto (18-6) and Jennifer Maia (12-4-1) square off in the night’s co-headline bout.
