Is Oscar De La Hoya Boxing Conor McGregor in 2018?
LOS ANGELES (Tue, November 14, 2017)– Is Oscar De La Hoya actually serious about boxing Conor McGregor? Oscar De La Hoya hasn’t fought since a 2008 after his loss to Manny Pacquiao. But the 44-year-old is apparently wanting to make a return to Boxing for a fight with McGregor. And he said on the radio show that he’s been secretly training.
De La Hoya stated:
“You know I’m competitive,” “I still have it in me. I’ve been secretly training, secretly training. I’m faster than ever and stronger than ever. I know I can take out Conor McGregor in two rounds. I’ll come back for that fight. Two rounds. Just one more fight. I’m calling him out. Two rounds, that’s all I need. That’s all I’m going to say. You heard it on Golden Boy Radio. Two rounds, that’s all I need.”
Golden Boy Promotions, as announced earlier this month, launched a new radio station on Dash Radio, a commercial-free digital music platform available on all mobile devices. The show is called “Golden Boy Radio with Tattoo and the Crew,” it’s a three-hour daily weekday radio show hosted by David “Tattoo” Gonzalez along with co-host Jessica Rosales.
