Las Vegas, NV – Lingerie Fighting Championships, Inc. (“LFC”) (OTC Pink:BOTY) has signed controversial hip hop duo Dizzy & the Dime to perform at LFC26 on September 15. The artists will perform a short concert inside the cage prior to the first match and then play entrance music for three of the LFC’s most popular fighters including reigning champion Roxy ‘Roundhouse’ Michaels in her first title defense.
“I’ve wanted to incorporate a music act into one of our events for a long time,” LFC’s CEO Shaun Donnelly says, “but we just couldn’t find a way to fit it into the 2 hour broadcast. But several cable systems asked if we’d be willing to do a pre-show for LFC26 and that opened up the extra half hour we needed.”
When LFC Prez Maxine Frost learned Dizzy & the Dime were available she didn’t hesitate to sign them despite their reputation for being difficult to work with. “I deal with dozens of lingerie models on a daily basis – I think I can handle a couple musicians,” Frost says.
For their part Dizzy & the Dime were excited to be featured at a Lingerie Fighting Championships event, knowing they will have the opportunity to share their music with the LFC’s tens of millions of pay-per-view and on-line viewers. Manager Morty Westheimer acknowledges this is the type of exposure the duo needs in advance of their first album release and world tour next year. “I think this is a great fit even though Dizzy & the Dime abhor violence of any sort.”
LFC’s most recent event Lingerie Fighting Championships 25: Showdown at Sam’s Town is currently available on more than 2000 cable & satellite systems worldwide. Dizzy & the Dime can be seen on the upcoming TV series Life of the Party.
