Nick Newell signs a multi-fight deal with Legacy Fighting Alliance (LFA)

Nick Newell is back after announcing his retirement back in 2015.

Legacy Fighting Alliance announced today that Newell signed a multi-fight deal. A date for his return and an opponent have not yet been set.

Newell is a very talented mixed martial artists due to the fact that he’s a congenital amputee, as his left arm ends just below his elbow.

Newell won five of six fights under the WSOF banner. Newell’s only career defeat was a second-round TKO loss to Justin Gaethje.

Back in 2015 Newell defeated Tom Marcellino at WSOF 24. Newell won by unanimous decision and his retirement announcement wasn’t broadcasted during the event. And no mention of it was made on the telecast, either. Below is the video of Nick announcing his retirement back stage.

Stay tuned to FightBookMMA to know when and who he will be fighting at Legacy Fighting Alliance (LFA).
