Professional fighters League Everett card Updated

Gamzatov and Magomedkerimov foced from the card due to injury, santos elevated to the main card

WASHINGTONJuly 20, 2017 A pair of injuries have forced a shuffling of the Professional Fighters League July 29 slate. Unbeaten Shamil Gamzatov (11-0) was forced from the card due to injury and has been replaced by Bruno Santos. The Brazilian was moved up to face Rex Harris in the opening bout of the main card that will air on NBCSN. Replacing Santos in his middleweight bout against former title challenger Louis Taylor will be Tyler Vogel.

Magomed Magomedkerimov withdrew from his scheduled bout with Chris Cisneros due to illness. Due to the late nature of the card change Professional Fighters League President Ray Sefo was unable to line up a replacement for the Hawaiian.

“As a fighter I understand how difficult it can be when you put in a full camp and do not get to compete,” said Sefo. “Unfortunately Magomedkerimov got sick late in the process and we couldn’t get a replacement approved in time. I am looking to get Chris on one of our remaining cards of 2017.
