Saturday August 22, 2015– RESURRECTION FIGHTING ALLIANCE 29 delivered a different night of fights with Team USA vs. Team Brazil on AXS TV. Four of the six fights on the card included fighters from the U.S. fighting fighters from Brazil. As honorary coaches on the card where none other than UFC stars Robbie Lawler, Lyoto Machida, Glover Teixeira, and Ryan Bader.
In the main event, Brazilian Raoni Barcelos fought former Army Ranger Ricky Musgrave for the vacated featherweight title. Barcelos was on top of his game he was way too much for Musgrave that night. Barcelos almost finished Musgrave in round 1 but he won with a 50-45 unanimous decision to win the RFA title.
In the co-main event, undefeated Brazilian Ackson Junior submits Sioux Falls native Jordon Larson. Also on the card, Joey Miolla defeated Pedro Falcao via decision to put Team USA as the first winners of the night, but unfortunately they couldn’t keep win against the fighters from Team Brazil. In the third fight of the night, Leandro Higo of Team Brazil choked out former RFA bantamweight title contender Terrion Ware via submission (rear-naked choke) at 4:58 in round three.

Light Heavyweight Fight – Devin Clark (5-0) defeated Dervin Lopez (7-3) via unanimous decision (30-27, 30-27, 30-27).
Bantamweight Fight – Matt Lopez (6-0) defeated Kevin Clark (4-2) via submission (rear-naked choke) at 0:36 in round one.
