Report: Belal Muhammad vs. Sean Brady set for UFC event On December 19th.

A welterweight matchup between the surging, Belal Muhammad, and undefeated grappling threat, Sean Brady has been booked for a UFC Fight Night event on December 19th. – with a location and venue for the event yet to be determined by the promotion.

With wins in his last three straight – Roufusport trainee, Muhammad last featured at UFC Vegas 3 in June – scoring a unanimous decision win over former Bellator MMA 170-pound best, Lyman Good.

Philadelphia native, Brady, who plys his trade at Renzo Gracie Philly – has so far amassed a 3-0 promotional record. Featuring opposite Christian Aguilera at UFC Vegas 8 in August – the 28-year-old scored an eye-catching second-round guillotine win. News of the interesting welterweight tie was first reported by MMA Junkie reporter, Farah Hannoun.

32-year-old contender, Muhammad finally tackled the above mentioned, Good after a series of failed pairings earlier this year amid the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. The former Titan FC welterweight champion added the Harlem native to a submission win over Takashi Sato, and Bellator feature, Curtis Millender. 

Approaching his twelfth Octagon walk, Muhammad has scored prior wins over the likes of Chance Rencountre, Tim Means, Jordan Mein, Randy Brown, and Augusto Montaño.

Brady, a former Cage Fury Fighting Championship 170-pound gold holder, made his promotional debut back at UFC Fight Night Boston in October of last year. Finding success from the get, the Daniel Gracie Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt scored a win over The Ultimate Fighter 11 victor, Court McGee – before a February unanimous judging win over Ismail Naurdiev at UFC Fight Night Norfolk. From thirteen professional outings, Brady’s yet to suffer defeat.Â
