The Ultimate Fighter 26 Finale Official Results, Bonuses, Reebok Sponsorship Payout, Salaries And Medical Suspensions

LAS VEGAS (Mon, December 4, 2017)– The Ultimate Fighter 26 Finale took place on Friday, December 1, 2017 at Park Theatre in Las Vegas. The card aired on FS1 while the early prelims on UFC Fight Pass.

The event drew an announced attendance of 6,308 and a live gate of $432,495 the UFC announced the figures following the event  event. Below you will find the official results, bonuses, Reebok Sponsorship Payout, salaries and medical suspensions.

Also announced at the post fight press conference were the winners of the bonuses. Nicco Montano, Roxanne Modafferi, Gerald Meerschaert and Brett Johns each earned an extra $50k bonuses for their performances. Montano, Modafferi earned the “Fight of the Night,” while Meerschaert and Johns each won “Performance of the Night.”

The Nevada State Athletic Commission released the salaries and medical suspensions to FightBookMMA and you can see list below. The top earners were Montana as she earned a flat payday of $100,000 with no win bonus. Coming in second was Modafferi who also earned $100,000 with no win bonus. The total disclosed payout for the event was $553,000.

The usual disclaimer for the salaries. The figures don’t include deductions for items such as insurance, licenses and taxes. The figures don’t include money paid by sponsors, including the official Reebok Sponsorship Payout. They also don’t include any other “locker room” or special discretionary bonuses the UFC often pays.

Fighters from the event took home their Reebok Sponsorship Payout totaling $112,500. Leading the way was Nicco Montano and Roxanne Modafferi who each received $30,000 fighting in a championship bout as non-titleholders. The rest of the card earned a flat $2,500 for having one fight under the fight promotion.

Under the sponsorship deal with Reebok, here are the program’s payout tiers: 1-5 bouts receive $2,500, 6-10 bouts get $5,000, 11-15 bouts earn $10,000, 16-20 bouts pocket $15,000, 21 bouts and more get $20,000. Champions earn $40,000 while title challengers get $30,000. UFC fighters will also receive payments amounting to 20-30 percent of any UFC merchandise sold that bears their likeness, according to officials.
