Saturday August 1, 2015– Lion Fight 23 delivered again with finishes and a Main Event that no one should have missed.
In the main event, Malaipet a Thai star and Lion Fight favorite took on England’s Liam Harrison. Just like it was expected the two went back and forth for five hard-fought rounds. After the first two rounds, Harrison finally found his rhythm and that was not a good thing for Mailipet. Harrison defeated Sasiprapa to give him his 99th career fight win.
In the co-main event, Lion Fight star Tiffany Van Soest came back to defend her belt against Polish fighter Martyna Krol. Martyna couldn’t defeat the champ, Van Soest’s footwork and accuracy was too much for Krol to handle. Tiffany bacame the victor once again winning with a unanimous decision.
Also on the card, Rungrat Sasiprapa defeated Kevin Ross who was the fan favorite, with a flying knee. Mike Lemaire defeated Andrew Kapel, these two fighters put on one of the best fights so far for AXS TV Fights.
