UFC 205 Embedded: Vlog Series – Episode 5

Friday, November 11, 2016— UFC® will make its highly anticipated debut and make history at Madison Square Garden in New York City on Saturday, Nov. 12, 2016. In the main event, Lightweight champ Eddie Alvarez (28-4 MMA, 3-1 UFC) puts his belt on the line as he will be facing featherweight champ Conor McGregor (20-3 MMA, 8-1 UFC). Conor is looking to attempt to become the first concurrent two-division champion in UFC history.

In the co-main event, welterweight champ Tyron Woodley(16-3 MMA, 6-2 UFC) will defend his belt for the first time against Stephen Thompson (13-1 MMA, 8-1 UFC). And women’s strawweight champ Joanna Jedrzejczyk (12-0 MMA, 6-0 UFC) defends her title against Karolina Kowalkiewicz (10-0 MMA, 3-0 UFC).


On Episode 5 of UFC 205 Embedded, UFC welterweight champion Tyron Woodley visits the New York Giants at work, meeting Eli Manning and Odell Beckham, Jr. among others. Lightweight champion Eddie Alvarez suits up for the UFC 205 press conference at Madison Square Garden, where opponent and featherweight champion Conor McGregor puts the “fashion” in fashionably late. When the two nearly come to blows, UFC President Dana White is forced to intervene. There are even more fireworks afterward backstage, as strawweight champion Joanna Jedrzejczyk lambasts opponent Karolina Kowalkiewicz, who responds with a single finger.
