XKO 29 Fight Card Announced; Will Feature Two Pro Muay Thai Fights

Tuesday January 19, 2016 For North Texas fight fans, few promotions create an atmosphere of can’t-miss excitement like Arlington- based Xtreme Knockout (XKO).  This is why in a little over five years the promotion has grown from a enterprising club show to one of a regional powerhouse.

North Texas’ largest and longest running promotion, XKO, has announced plans for their February XKO 29 fight card. Returning to their now-familiar haunt of the sterling Gas Monkey Live concert venue, XKO 29 features a plethora of talented Texas-based fighters. With this being the fourth card to be held at the sparkling new venue, and a multi-fight deal locked up with Gas Monkey Live through 2016, fight fans in the DFW Metroplex will once again be in for a night of fights and fun.

In addition to a MMA fight card featuring some of the best Texas-based fighting talent, XKO 29 will also feature two professional Muay Thai fights, contested in the XKO cage.

“As owner of XKO, we are always finding new ways to help grow combative sports in the state of Texas,” explains XKO co-owner Chris Bussey.  “By being the first promotion in the state to do pro Muay Thai fights in our XKO squared cage, we want to open the doors to the Muay Thai community, as well as showcase some of the best damn fight match up.”
