Alistair Overeem to face Braun Strowman at WES
Nottingham, UK: MMA & combat sports legend Alistair Overeem is set to make his professional wrestling debut against former WWE Universal Champion Adam ‘The Titan’ Scherr (aka Braun Strowman) in the main event of Wrestling Entertainment Series’ debut event on June 4th in the United Kingdom.
The new promotion is owned by ex-MMA fighter & former WWE tag team champion Gzim Selmani and his partner Sunny Dhinsa. The duo make up the ‘Legion of Pain’ tag team and will also be in action on June 4th at the Motorpoint Arena.
