Boxing Odds: Jake Paul, Tommy Fury, and Daniel Dubois

Jake Paul will be continuing his professional boxing career following his first round KO win against former UFC fighter Ben Askren. Paul will be fighting against Tyron Woodley, another former UFC fighter and ex-welterweight Champion.

The fight is scheduled for Sunday, 29 August, 8pm ET (1am on Monday, 30 August in the UK), taking place at Rocket Mortgage Field House in Cleveland, Ohio.

On the Undercard Tommy Fury and Daniel Dubois will be making their US boxing debuts.

Jake Paul vs Tyron Woodley

The Youtuber-turned-boxer may have significantly less experience than Tyron Woodley (19-7-1), but Paul remains undefeated (3-0-0) and Woodley himself is on a losing streak, having lost his previous 4 matches.

Parimatch has predicted to be a quick win for Paul, similar to his previous match.

Tommy Fury vs Anthony Taylor

Before appearing as a contestant on the reality TV show, Love Island, Tommy Fury was believed to be following in the footsteps of his undefeated two-time Heavyweight world champion brother, Tyson Fury.

Fury will be fighting against US fighter Anthony Taylor “Pretty Boy. Taylor (7-5-0) may be on a winning streak at the moment, having won his previous 5 matches, but Taylor has 5 losses on his record and struggled in his amateur career. Tommy Fury, like his brother, previously had an undefeated boxing record (6-0-0) before taking 9 months during Love Island.

Outside of the match, there may be more beef and talking smack, between Tommy Fury and Jake Paul. Paul and Fury have a rivalry with Paul posting DM’s of forged conversations with Fury’s Girlfriend, Molly Mae earlier in the year.

British boxer Daniel Dubois (16-1-0) will also be making his US debut fighting against Virginia-born Joe Cusumano (19-3-0). Dubois is looking to rebuild his career after a defeat from Joe Joyce last year. Dubois made an impressive return securing a KO in the second round against Bogdan Dinu earlier this year. Cusumano has more experience than Dubois, with more wins and a couple more losses on his record. This will be Cusumano’s first fight of the year.
