With all athletes making weight and confirming the 10 bouts of BRAVE CF 55, they headed to the main stage later on for the event’s official face-offs.
The highlight of the evening was, without a doubt, the staredown between Ibrahim Mane and Artur Sviridov, stars of the co-main event for the sophomore Russian card.
The hometown hero Sviridov and the French powerhouse Mane got intense, started arguing with each other, and got on the verge of having a scrap right there, but were quickly separated by the BRAVE CF and ProFC officials on the stage.
The main eventers Ali Bagautinov and Sean Santella had an amicable face-off. This can be explained by the fact that Santella jumped in last-minute to replace Jose “Shorty” Torres, saving the bout, which, apparently, was appreciated by Bagautinov.
BRAVE CF 55 takes place on Saturday, November 6, in Rostov-on-Don, and closes the 2021 calendar of the truly global MMA promotion. The show is broadcast live and free at bravecftv.com
