BTC Fight Promotions (BTC) XI is set for August 15

BURLINGTON, ON —  BTC Fight Promotions will be heading over to the River Cree Resort & Casino in Enoch, AB on August 15th, 2021.

The promotion will be hosting BTC XI and this will be the first show from the promotion in the province of Alberta and the second event outside of Ontario. This event will show off Canada’s next MMA superstars as they build their professional records on the regional scene.

In the main event, Isaiah “Mclovin” Metituk (1-1) fighting out of Grande Prairie, Alberta training at Champion Gym will take on Izzudeen Atmeh (0-1) fighting out of Alberta. Both fighters are no strangers to BTC as both men fought under the same card at BTC 10 but with different outcomes. Metituk is ranked 38th of 67 active Canada Pro Featherweights and is also ranked 60th at Lightweight. He’s stepping into this fight defeating Broderick Rene via Armbar in Round 2 at the 3:22 mark at BTC 10. Most of his amateur wins did come by submission so expect for him to take this fight to the ground as he starts to make a statement that he is dangerous when comes to the ground game. Atmeh is ranked 51 of 53 active Canada Pro Bantamweights. He’s coming into this fight losing his pro debut against Jake Geauvreau via Rear Naked Choke at BTC 10. Atmeh is looking for a solid pro win under his belt and he will do whatever it takes to make this happen.

In the co-main event, Devon “The Dream” Lozej (pro debut) fighting out of Thunder bay, Ontario training at Leading Edge MMA will meet Albaraa Atmeh (pro debut) fighting out of British Columbia, Canada. Both fighters are making their pro-MMA debut. Lozej amateur wins all came by stoppages and all of Atmeh wins came by stoppages as well. This is a fight you don’t want to miss or blink as both fighters are looking to continue the finishing streak alive at BTC 11.
