Four contracts were handed out at Dana White’s Contender Series 15
LAS VEGAS – Dana White’s Contender Series 15 took place at The Ultimate Fighter Gym in Las Vegas. The event streamed live on UFC Fight Pass.
Four contracts were handed out at Dana White’s Contender Series 15 which include Roosevelt Roberts, Ian Heinisch, Jordan Griffin and Juan Adams.
Roberts did what he had to do and he put on a grappling clinic against Gross who tapped out via submission rear-naked choke in Round 2 at the 2:13 mark. During the first round, Heinisch was able to keep Sumter against the cage and as Ian postured up and started landing elbows until Sumter was stopped via knockout elbows in Round 1 at the 3:37 mark.
Griffin looked like he was in trouble during the first round going against Maurice Mitchell. But he was able to get into position and defeat Mitchell via submission rear-naked choke in Round 1 at the 3:57 mark. Adams showed some impressive raw talent and was able to earn himself a first-round TKO defeating Shawn Teed via punches in Round 1 at the 4:17 mark.
