Ilir Latifi will face Alexandr Romanov at UFC Fight Night on Feb. 19

Ilir Latifi (15-8 MMA, 8-6 UFC) fighting out of Boca Raton, Florida will face Alexandr Romanov (15-0 MMA, 4-0 UFC) fighting out of Comrat, Moldova at UFC Fight Night on Feb. 19. The promotions officials announced today (Tuesday, Dec. 28).
Latifi is stepping into the cage with a three-fight loss and winning his last bout against Tanner Boser at UFC Fight Night 189. He did suffer a serious eye injury due to an eye poke that compromised his vision for four weeks.
Romanov is coming into this fight undefeated with his latest win when he scored a second-round TKO against Jared Vanderaa at UFC Fight Night 194 in October and has finished all but one of his wins.
