Jon Jones Gives His $50k Bonus for Community Service in Albuquerque, NM
ALBUQUERQUE, NM – The new UFC Heavyweight Champion Jon Jones made quick work of Ciryl Gane at UFC 285. Jones was able to mount and choke Gane in the first round.
After the fight, UFC officials announced the bonus winners each taking home an extra $50,000. Jones did state that the bonus amount will go towards community service in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
With Jones taking home the $50k bonus he will receive $3 million in show money and another $3 Million win bonus. His win bonus amounts to another $100k. Add to this the $42 K that comes from sponsorships. His opponent, Cyril Gane, will go home with $500K in show money and $32K in sponsorships.
