Marcelo Golm has signed a multi-fight deal with Taura MMA and will make his promotional debut on October 30 in Kissimmee (EUA). He will face DJ Linderman at Taura MMA 11.
Golm is replacing Guto Inocente, who withdrawn from a planned meeting with Linderman due to personal reasons. Marcelo has compiled a 6-3 record as a professional MMA fighter, with all wins coming by way of knockout or submission. He fought in UFC between 2017 and 2019.
Unlike the Brazilian, DJ Linderman has a lenghty resumé in MMA. The veteran fought the likes of Anthony Johnson, Walt Harris, Jeff Monson and Vitaly Minakov. His career also includes stints at Bare Knuckle FC and muay thai promotions.
Tickets for Taura MMA 11 start at just $35 (for two seats) and are on sale now at Ticketmaster.com. 1,800 tickets will be sold, according to the rules of social distance, with the Silver Spurs Arena set to hold 15,000 fans. The event will be broadcasted to USA on FOX Deportes.
