The main event will feature a Championship Doubleheader. In the main event, LFA lightweight champion Kegan “Machine Gun” Kegan Gennrich (8-2) defends his title against top undefeated contender Richie “Savage” Lewis (5-0). In the co-main event, LFA interim women’s strawweight champion Natasha “Kuzya” Kuziutina (5-1) defends her title against former Bellator star Bruna Ellen (7-4).

LFA 185 will feature veteran MMA commentator Ron Kruck, who will be joined in the booth with former UFC star, RFA great, and UFC on ESPN analyst Alan “Brahma” Jouban. The Brazilian-Portuguese commentary team will consist of former PRIDE FC star and BJJ world champion Allan Góes and Brazilian MMA analyst Max Soares. They will call the action live inside the Horseshoe Hammond Casino in Hammond, Indiana.
