Professional Fighters League (PFL) announces Mikhail Odintsov out of his scheduled PFL 4

NEW YORK — The Professional Fighters League (PFL), the fastest growing and most innovative sports league, today announced that 2020 International Qualifier Series winner Mikhail Odintsov was forced out of his scheduled PFL 4 bout with two-time lightweight champion Natan Schulte due to injury. Raush Manfio, who stepped in for an injured Olivier Aubin-Mercier at PFL 1 in April, will replace Odintsov.

Manfio and Schulte, who train together at American Top Team in Coconut Creek, Florida, are close friends and Schulte is the Godfather of Manfio’s daughter. The two will now square off with a playoff berth on the line.

Schulte is desperate for points after suffering the first loss of his PFL career to open the 2021 season. He will need an early stoppage to have any chance of making his third consecutive playoff appearance. Manfio banked three points in a hard-fought decision win over Joilton Lutterbach at PFL 1.
