Sabina Mazo will be making her UFC debut in March

Sabina Mazo (6-0 MMA, 0-0 UFC) will be making her UFC debut in March at UFC on ESPN 2. UFC officials announced that Mazo will be vacating the LFA title to step in the octagon and take on Maryna Moroz (8-3 MMA, 3-3 UFC) in the flyweight division.

UFC on ESPN 2 will take place on Saturday March 30, 2018 at Wells Fargo Arena in Philadelphia, Penn. The main card will air on ESPN while the prelims will stream on ESPN+.

The “Colombian Queen” has already made mark in the sport with her number of highlight-reel knockouts with her brutal head kicks. She defended her title when she recently competed at LFA 54 back in November as she was able to defeat Carol Yariwaki by decision.

After being away from the octagon for more than a year, Moroz will be making her return to the octagon. She lost against Angela Hill by unanimous decision in her most recent bout at UFC on FOX 28 back in February. She will be moving up from the strawweight division to face Mazo in the flyweight division.
