With the withdrawal of former UFC welterweight title challenger, Darren Till due to a broken collarbone, Marvin Vettori is now slated to headline the April 10th against Kevin Holland. Below you can find the fight card and the odds for the main and co-main event.
The event will take place Saturday, April 10. The main card will be simulcast live on ABC, ESPN Deportes and ESPN+ (English and Spanish) at 3 p.m. ET / 12 p.m. PT. The prelims will kick off on ESPN, ESPN Deportes and simulcast on ESPN+ (English and Spanish) at 12 p.m. ET / 9 a.m. PT.
In the main event, Kevin Holland (21-6) suffered his first loss in five Octagon outings dropping a one-sided unanimous decision defeat to division mainstay, Derek Brunson over five rounds. He will face Marvin Vettori (16-4-1) fighting out of Mezzocorona, Italy who won his last fight by decision over Jack Hermansson in his first UFC main event. The talented grappler and striker has victories against Karl Roberson, Andrew Sanchez and Cezar Ferreira. Vettori now aims to pick up his fifth consecutive win as he continues to climb up the middleweight ladder. The odds makers at SportsBettingDime have this fight with Marvin Vettori -335 while his opponent Kevin Holland +225.
In the co-main event, Arnold Allen (16-1) fighting out of Trimley St. Martin, Suffolk, England also makes his first UFC appearance since January 2020, when he secured a win over fan favorite Nik Lentz. Victorious in nine consecutive fights, he now hopes to push his win streak to double digits by becoming the first fighter to defeat Yusuff in the Octagon. Sodiq Yusuff (11-1) fighting out of Bladensburg, Md. by way of Lagos, Nigeria, returns to the UFC Octagon for the first time after earning a win over Andre Fili back in January 2020. Yusuff is currently riding a six-fight win streak which include some very impressive wins in the likes of Gabriel Benitez, Sheymon Moraes and Mike Davis. The odds makers have this bout with Arnold Allen standing at +110 while his challener Sodiq Yusuff at -134.
Also, on the main card, we will see Nina Ansaroff (10-6) fighting out of Weston, Fla. is returning to action for the first time since June 2019. Having won four of her last five bouts, she has wins in the likes of former title challenger Claudia Gadelha, Angela Hill and Randa Markos. Ansaroff is now taking advantage of her first UFC co-main event by becoming the first fighter to defeat Dern. Decorated Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt Mackenzie Dern (10-1) fighting out of Huntington Beach, Calif. is looking to add to her win streak to four consecutive bouts. A two-time gold medal winner at the World Jiu-Jitsu Championship, she holds submission wins in MMA over Randa Markos, Hannah Cifers and Amanda Cooper. The odds makers have this bout event with both fighters sitting at -112, which as we know could change in the coming days.
