Undefeated David Evans Eyes 4th Professional Victory at Shamrock FC 333 on Saturday

Unbeaten David Evans has been influenced by a lot of fighters over the years.

He trains under UFC legend Din Thomas and spends time at Roufusport. Another fighter who he’s been influenced by is none other than former UFC champion Tyron Woodley.

Evans started wrestling and boxing as a teen, and was “pushed in the right direction” to start training MMA when he was a senior in high school by none other than Woodley, whom Evans calls a “big brother.”

“He really got me started in MMA, and his success in the sport gave me a really unique, behind-the-scenes look at fighting at the highest level and everything that comes with it,” Evans says.

Evans is back in action at Shamrock FC 333 on Saturday in St. Charles, MO, LIVE on FITE. A win will advance him to 4-0 as a professional.

“My opponent is tough. He’s not going to waver or concede, but I know what I can do. I’m going to implement my game plan and win,” Evans says. “I’m always looking for the finish. I can’t say how I’m going to end it, but I’m always looking.”
