Video: Machida on Karate Combat role, possible future fights
Having joined the Karate Combat: Season 3 line-up, Lyoto ‘The Dragon’ Machida discusses his ‘season sensei’ role and possible competitive future with the organization.
“If Karate Combat existed when I was a teenager, I guarantee that I would be part of this group,” he says. “I feel kind of like I was invited to be here not only as a sensei, but – who knows – [maybe] as a competitor.”
The twelve-episode Karate Combat: Season 3 series will begin airing in the US next month on a major network, with broadcast details to be announced in the coming weeks.
