After Leaving The TUF House, Dustin Lampros Ready To Rumble At Shamrock FC 333 On Saturday
Dustin Lampros is ready to rumble.
After competing on the most recent season of The Ultimate Fighter, he returns to action against Sergio Robles at Shamrock FC 333 on Saturday in St. Charles, MO, LIVE on FITE.
Lampros is unfulfilled by his time on TUF, only getting the chance to compete once — a loss to Contender Series vet Vince Murdock. It was a sharp contrast from Lampros’ success outside the TUF House; he’s 5-0 as a professional, with five wins coming by first-round stoppage.
“My biggest takeaway is at that level you have to have some respect for your opponents. I usually don’t show my opponents respect in the sense I’m on them as soon as the fights start, giving them no room to breath,” Lampros says.
“At the highest level of the sport, with my style, you have to remain humble until the job is done.”
That being said, Lampros predicts a short night of work on Saturday.
“I’m going to go out there and break him early, finish him in the first round.”
