Ambassador of Philippines congratulates Pacatiw

Ambassador of Philippines in Pakistan, H.E Daniel R. Espiritu congratulated Jeremy Pacatiw for his historic victory at Brave 17 held in Pakistan. The event was the first International mixed martial arts that took place in Pakistan and Pacatiw is the only fighter from Philippines who could secure a win in Pakistan. The bout marked seventh appearance for Pacatiw in Brave Combat Federation. Currently Pacatiw has the most number of appearances in Brave Combat Federation.

In the co-main event, the fighter from Team Lakay faced Uloomi Karim from Team Fight Fortress, Pakistan. The bout started with Pacatiw taking the lead, however the game changed as it entered the second round. Uloomi Karim bounced back with his grappling which put pressure on Pacatiw. The final round witnessed both the fighters giving their best in the cage in front of an excited crowd. The bout which went the distance which the judges decided unanimously in favour of Pacatiw. Following the victory both athletes expressed their mutual respect for one another and expressed gratitude towards each other’s nations.

Following the win, Ambassador of Philippines in Pakistan, H.E Daniel R. Espiritu joined the athletes from Philippines and celebrated the historic win by Pacatiw. Pactiw is the first fighter from Philippines to win a bout in Pakistan. The Filipino community in Pakistan congratulated the athletes and expressed gratitude for the initiative to bring mixed martial arts to Pakistan.
