Amir Khan is joining the fight against coronavirus. He is offering a piece of real estate worth about $5.9 million in England into a temporary hospital. His plan with this property was to turn it into a place for weddings and shopping. That is on hold until things get back on track after this pandemic is done and over with.
Amir Khan stated on his Twitter account:
I am aware of how difficult it is for the public to get a hospital bed in this tragic time. I am prepared to give my 60,000 square foot 4 story building which is due to be a wedding hall and retail outlet to the @NHSuk to help people affected by the coronavirus. Pls keep safe. pic.twitter.com/MSpaEwPFuw
