Benoit Saint-Denis Calls Out Eldar Eldarov After Emphatic BRAVE CF 52 Win

Benoit “God of War” Saint-Denis was a rising star when he made his maiden appearance in BRAVE Combat Federation. Now, he is one of the most feared super lightweights on the planet.
The French submission specialist has evolved at a rapid rate since he joined the Bahrain-based mixed martial arts outfit in 2019, cementing his place among the division’s elite and further reminding MMA fans across the world why he is the Super Lightweight Title Contender with his latest bout.
Last Sunday, August 1, the 25-year-old Parisian kept his unbeaten professional record intact by notching his eighth career win at the expense of Spain’s Arkaitz “Gudari” Ramos on the supporting card of BRAVE CF 52: Bad Blood in Milan, Italy.
“God of War” showed flashes of his mesmerizing skill in the early opening moments of the first round as he counteracted the Spaniard’s attacks with his overwhelming chain wrestling and ground game.
However, he would save his most decisive offense a little over the midway point of the frame as he latched on a crippling arm-triangle choke to force the tap from Ramos, clinching his seventh career submission win.
In his post-fight interview, Saint-Denis made no secret as to who he wants next, calling out Eldarov who was in attendance to oversee the corner of competing KHK athletes that evening.
“He’s with his guys at KHK MMA because he’s coaching them. I know it’s part of the job. I just hope he comes back as soon as possible. If he wants war and a great title fight, I am here to do it,” he said.
“I will die if I don’t fight. If you don’t want to see me die, give me a fight. If Eldar is not ready, I’ll fight another fight.”
Eldarov hasn’t strapped on four-ounce gloves since stopping Leonardo Mafra in his first world title defense at BRAVE CF 46 this past January. With Saint-Denis coming out of his last outing pretty much unscathed, a date with the Russian champion could happen before the year ends.
