BRAVE CF 52: Mochamed Machaev to take on Gamzat Magomedov in pivotal Bantamweight bout
Milan, Italy – BRAVE Combat Federation has announced three more fights for its upcoming trip to Italy, in association with The Golden Cage. Leading the pack for BRAVE CF 52: Bad Blood fight announcements is a tremendous Bantamweight bout between Gamzat Magomedov and Mochamed Machaev.
Gamzat Magomedov is coming off perhaps the biggest win of his pro career when he avenged his teammate Hussein Ayyad against Matiss Zaharovs at BRAVE CF 49. An amateur world champion for IMMAF in 2017, Magomedov is riding a three-fight win streak coming into the Machaev fight.
”The Beast” Mochamed Machaev, meanwhile, is riding high after being named the Breakout Fighter of The Year for BRAVE CF in 2020. He was the only fighter to compete – and win – three times last year, with all bouts coming at Featherweight. Now Machaev will make his Bantamweight debut against one of the top fighters in the division in Magomedov.
Aside from Magomedov vs Machaev, BRAVE CF 52: Bad Blood will also feature two huge Lightweight bouts. Valeriu Mircea will look to bounce back at 155lbs when he takes on promotional newcomer Ayub Gaziev, while Husein Kadimagomaev takes on Agshin Babayev.
BRAVE CF 52: Bad Blood will be headlined by a vacant Light Heavyweight title bout between Middleweight world champion Mohammad Fakhreddine and top contender Mohamed Said Maalem. Italy will become the eighth european country to host a BRAVE Combat Federation show, and 23rd overall.
