BREAKING: Yair Rodriguez Back in Business with the UFC, Agrees to Fight Zabit Magomedsharipov
We know Yair Rodriguez is top talent, and wouldn’t be left hanging dry following his release from the UFC, however, Yair and the higher-ups at MMA’s top promotion have come to terms and seem to be overturning his recent termination.
First reported by Brett Okamoto of ESPN, Rodriguez will return to the octagon at UFC 228, opposite of Zabit Magomedsharipov.
BREAKING: The Yair Rodriguez/UFC situation has apparently done a 180. Rodriguez vs. Zabit Magomedsharipov is now verbally agreed to for UFC 228 in September.

Nothing is official, and no contract has been signed, only verbally agreed to. The target return for Rodriguez will be the PPV event held on September 8th, 2018, which has no location as of yet.
