Cage Titans will start the year with a bang on Jan 25

2020 is the year where Cage Titans are celebrating their 10th year in business. They’re kicking off the beginning of a new decade in a huge way with a stacked fight card from top to bottom.

The promotion will host Cage Titans 47 and will have 22 fights on the bill. The event will take place at Memorial Hall in Plymouth,  Massachusetts on Saturday, January 25th. Below you will find the fight week schedule and the complete and official fight card.

In the main event, we will see a pair of athletes fighting in the 135 lbs Cage Titans division. Kin Moy fighting out of Cambridge, Massachusetts will take on Tateki Matsuda fighting out of Boston, Massachusetts. Matsuda is ranked 5th of 55 active New England Pro Bantamweights. Hes stepping into the Cage with 2 straight wins with his most recent win against Matt Almy winning by unanimous decision at CES 57: Rebello vs. Haley. He also defeated Josh Ricci by unanimous decision at CES 54: Andrews vs. Logan. Moy is ranked 8th of 55 active New England Pro Bantamweights. Moy is also coming in with two straight wins. His recent win was against Shawn Rall at Cage Titans 45. He also defeated Raymond Yanez at Cage Titans 44.

Its amazing to see that both fighters have a combined 50 fights, and after 10 plus years they finally get the chance to face each other and give the fans a fight they all came to see. Tateki Matsusda recently fought under the UFC banner going 0-2 before being released. The UFC vet is looking for a win and is looking to step back in the octagon sooner than later. Kin on the other hand is hoping that a win over the UFC vet will give him the edge to debut in the UFC.

In the co-main event, Johnny ‘Cupcakes’ Campbell fighting out of Whitman, Massachusetts welcomes Jeff Perez fighting out of Wareham, Massachusetts to the Bantamweight division. Campbell is ranked 14th of 55 active New England Pro Bantamweights. Campbell is coming in the cage with a five win streak and is no stranger fighting under the Cage Titans banner. His last win was against Bruno Dias at Cage Titans 46 and is putting a stamp in the Bantamweight division. Perez is ranked 21st of 55 active New England Pro Bantamweights.

Campbell is a well known fighter under the Cage Titans banner with his last win against Raymond Yanez at Cage Titans 43. As mentioned Campbell is no stranger to the Cage Titans promotion as he holds the record for the most amount of fights with 22. Perez has 14 total bouts between his amateur and pro career inside the organization. Fight fans you don’t want to miss this exciting matchup.
