Combate Global weigh-in results: Perez vs Del Rosario

Miami, Fla – The final weigh-in results for the next Global Combat event scheduled for May 21, 2021 are ready.

The show will air live on Friday, May 21 on Univision (12 am ET / PT) and TUDN USA (12 am ET / 9 pm PT) in the United States and on TUDN MX (11 pm local time) in Mexico from the Univision studios in Miami. , Fla.

The program will also be broadcast in Mexico on Televisa Nueve the following day, Saturday, May 22 at 5 pm local time.

In the main event, Mexican Cristian “Puas” Pérez (4-0) will put his undefeated record in front when he faces American Brian “The Bad Boy” Del Rosario (5-4).

Perez is coming off a victory just four weeks ago when he subdued his opponent Geraldo Almonte on April 23. The quick finish marked Perez’s second straight submission victory in the first round.

Del Rosario is a World Boxing Council (WBC) super welterweight muay thai champion, a title he captured on August 18, 2019 after scoring a second round knockout of Joe Davidson with a knee strike to the face.

Also, in an outstanding women’s fight, Blanca Márquez (0-0) makes her debut against Mariel Celimen (0-0) in a flyweight battle.

Besides the fights, Carlos Puente Jr. (6-4) meets Edit «Belico» Terry (6-4) will fight at bantamweight (135 pounds) and Daniel «El Android» Matos (4-3) meets Danny »The Realist” Ramírez (6-7).
