David Bear promises to finish Pawel Kielek at Brave 19
David Bear made waves on his short-notice debut for Brave Combat Federation as he almost beat eventual welterweight champion Jarrah Al-Selawe back at Brave 10. After impressing in Jordan, the frenchman will get back into the Brave cage against dangerous Pawel Kielek at Brave 19, set for Sun City, South Africa, on December 8th.
And this time, Bear is excited to have a full camp for his second Brave fight and admits his first professional loss left a bitter taste, that he hopes a win over Kielek will wash it away. He’s been training in France hoping to put forth a finish against “The Polish Prospect”. “The Bear” has had eight pro MMA fights, with seven wins and only one defeat.
“My training camp in France is going really well, I’ve been working a lot with my teammates. This guy is about to get finished when we meet. It was a long training camp and I was able to do really good work. My aim was to get the best version of myself to face Pawel Kielek and I think I’m going to achieve that”
Bear and Kielek will face off in the main card of Brave 19. The promotion’s first trip to South Africa will be headlined by a welterweight duel between newcomers Adam Townsend (USA) and Mark Hulme, who will be fighting at home. The co-main event features a bantamweight bout between contenders Frans Mlambo and Arnold Quero, while Carl Booth will also return, as he takes on Dino Bagattin.
Our MMA fight schedule for 2018 will also feature Brave 20, which is set for India, on December 22nd. Upcoming fights for this show will be announced in the next weeks.
