BAHRAIN, Manama – BRAVE Combat Federation superstar, Mohamed ‘The Latest’ Fakhreddine, is gearing himself for the ultimate victory. The highly-celebrated Middleweight champion is a pioneer of combat sports in the Middle East who earned double championship status in Desert Force. The former Desert Force was the biggest MMA promotion in the Middle East at the time.
The Lebanon national first captured the Middleweight title against Brazilian, Daniel “Gaucho” Souza Pereira, with a TKO triumph in the fourth round at the BRAVE CF 41 in September 2020.
Now, Fakhreddine will be going toe-to-toe against Mohamed Said Maalem in Bahrain. They will fight for the vacant Light Heavyweight Championship title during the BRAVE International Combat Week on the 11th of March 2022. Fakhreddine had this to say, ahead of his fight: “I’ve been a double champ in Desert Force as an Arab champion, but being a double world champion, it’s gonna mean everything to me and my country.” To achieve his ambition of dual-champ status, he will have to succeed over Maalem at BRAVE CF 57.
Fakhreddine is ready for war against the Swiss-born Algerian fighter and this time, Fakhreddine plans to annihilate his opponent to claim an undeniable win. With a current MMA professional record of 14-4-0, Mohammed ‘The Latest’ Fakhreddine is definitely ready to make BRAVE history and to claim the throne as global double champion.
