FNC 11: Biggest Domestic Event in Croatian History

Fight Nation Championship (FNC) will host the biggest domestic event in Croatian MMA history this Sunday, May 28, with FNC 11: Fight For Legacy taking place at the Arena Zagreb in Zagreb, Croatia.

The main event will see KSW veteran, and one of the best light heavyweights in Europe, Ivan Erslan (12-2) take on late notice replacement in Brazil’s Dirlei Broenstrup (17-10) in the main event. Erslan has an incredible nine first round stoppages while Broenstrup is the former Jungle Fights champion.

Two FNC title fights support this main event as Daniel Bazant (7-4) puts his featherweight title on the line against the UK Bellator veteran Jordan Barton (7-3-1) and the undefeated Dani Barbir (5-0) defends his middleweight title against Poland’s Arkadiusz Maziakowski (6-3).

Elsewhere on the card, a pair of UFC veterans collide as the always exciting hometown hero Filip Pejic (16-7-2) faces Brazil’s Rony Jason (15-10), Croatia’s Matej Batinic (18-5) clashes with the Ukraine’s Aleksandr Pysanko (8-4) in a potentially explosive contest, and, fresh off his KO win in KSW, Andi Vrtacic (4-1) meets Sweden’s Robin Roos (5-3).
