French star Axel Sola to meet Ukraine’s Vladyslav Rudniev in exciting Lightweight bout at BRAVE CF 74

French fight fans have every reason to get excited as the BRAVE CF 74 fight card is slowly taking shape with a few banger bouts lined up. The latest fight confirmed for the much-anticipated European event is a Lightweight bout between France’s fast-rising star Axel Sola and Ukraine’s Vladyslav Rudniev.

Sola – a former pound-for-pound number one amateur champion – will look to make a big statement in his backyard when he faces the Poland-based four-time Combat Sambo World Champion Rudniev in a scenario of “someone’s 0 has got to go”. Fighting out of KHK Team Bahrain and Boxing Squad, Sola is unbeaten in six professional fights and will also make his sixth BRAVE CF appearance after shining at BRAVE CF 9, 54, 58, 61, and 68, respectively. His last fight saw him compete outside the BRAVE CF cage when he stopped Paraguay’s Cesar Arzamendia in round three of their Ares FC bout in June. Prior to that, the former European amateur champion ran through the BRAVE CF roster. His latest BRAVE CF bout came against Brazil’s Matheus Miranda, whom he stopped via punches early in the second round of their BRAVE CF 68 Welterweight bout.

Sola aims to send a strong message at BRAVE CF 74, but it will be no easy feat when he squares off with Rudniev, who has consecutively defended his Combat Sambo World title. Rudniev is also riding a six-fight win streak, which includes a 50 percent finish rate. His last bout saw him dismantle Poland’s Mikolaj Krukowski with a first-round stoppage at Eliminator Fight Night in June. Rudniev will now face the ultimate test as he levels up to the global stage when he makes his BRAVE CF debut, and a win over Sola will not only shake up the BRAVE CF Lightweight division but also catapult the Ukrainian to great heights in Nantes, France.

Sola vs Rudniev is one of four fights to be announced thus far for BRAVE CF 74.

In a Super Welterweight bout, DRC’s rising star Eliezer ”King Kong” Kubanza returns to the BRAVE CF cage for the second time when he meets France’s Levy Carriel. In an epic Heavyweight clash, Morocco’s Salim El Oussaidi takes on Lithuania’s Pavel Dailidko before the headline event between Lightweights Amin Ayoub and Lucas Martins closes out a historic night of fights in France.
