Thoughts on opponent, Adrian Yanez? I watched him fight in the main event of LFA way before this matchup was set. He is very tough and athletic, and he has fast hands; this should be a fun scrap.
When and why did you start training for fighting? I started training for fighting when I was 16 for self-defense purposes.
What ranks and titles have you held? URCC Bantamweight Champion (2x), Dragon House Featherweight Champion
Do you have any heroes? My Father, my mother, and my brother.
What would it mean for you to fight in the UFC? To fight my way from small casino shows and underground fights to the big league – a dream come true.
Did you go to college and if so what degree did you earn? I went to San Francisco State University. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and Minor in Health Education, graduating with honors.
What was your job before you started fighting? I worked as an RA (Resident Assistant) and Personal Trainer.
