When and why did you start training for fighting? I started fighting at the end of 2013. I was a broke college student-athlete who wanted to make some money. I had done some past MMA training, just never competition-wise, only for self-defense. After a while, I made some great money and then became obsessed with the sport even more then I was as a child.

What would it mean for you to fight in the UFC? It would mean a better financial situation for me and my five-year-old daughter, who I’ve been taking care of since I was still in school in Iowa at the age of 20. Also, it means the whole world gets to know who I am as a person, athlete, and savage because I will be the one on top in this weight class, mark my words.
Did you go to college and if so what degree did you earn? I attended college at Iowa Central Community College and finished my college life at Midland University in Fremont, Nebraska, and got a bachelor’s degree in psychology and criminal justice.
What was your job before you started fighting? I had many jobs, but none currently.
Specific accomplishments in amateur competition? Top contender in two divisions in multiple local regional organizations. Was champion for four promotions.
Specific accomplishments in pro competition? I was nominated for fighter of the month this year and I was on LFA’s top ten UFC Fight Pass Knockouts of 2020. Top 135-lb contender for the EFL promotion.
