Gierszewski and Else promise to take over after KO wins at BRAVE 24
Maciej Gierszewski and Cameron Else surprised the world of mixed martial arts last Thursday, as the duo scored violent KO finishes over Cian Cowley and Aidan James, respectively. Coming out of BRAVE 24: London as the biggest winners of the night, both men promised to take over their divisions if given a chance.
“Magic Man” Gierszewski is a new addition to Lightweight, having previously fought at Middleweight and Welterweight, and believes he can go on to become a world champion at BRAVE CF after beating Cowley in the co-main event of BRAVE 24.
“I tell everyone, and everyone who knows me, they know I have dynamite in both hands. It could have been the left one, but this time I connected with a right hand and that was it. I was able to win again by knockout. I know that I can take care of that whole division, I have what it takes to take over. I just need the chance”, asked Maciej.
Meanwhile, “Camchida” has directly called out reigning BRAVE CF Bantamweight world champion Stephen Loman for a showdown, claiming he is the next in line after knocking out a prospective contender in James.
“Now you’ve seen me! There are enough people in this building. And I honestly believe there’s a reason I’m here tonight. I’ve knocked out prospect after prospect on other scenes. Get on the phones, put me out there. They can’t hide me anymore. Give me what I deserve. I step up every time. I never say no (…) I want Loman, it’s only fair. I’ve knocked out the guy who was supposed to fight for the title next”, reasoned Else.
BRAVE 24: London has been labeled a success with fighters and VIP’s singing the praises of His Highness Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa’s vision and initiatives to take mixed martial arts to the next level with an exclusive, invite-only event.
