Invicta FC 30 official results and video recap


Kansas City– On Saturday, July 21, Invicta Fighting Championships hosted Invicta FC 30 from the historic Scottish Rite Temple in Kansas City. The eight-fight card streamed live and exclusively on UFC FIGHT PASS.

In the main event, Jinh Yu Frey (7-3) is now the Invicta FC’s new atomweight title winner but her win over Minna Grusander (6-2). After a back and forth fight in all five rounds, all three judges scored the fight with one judge scoring the fight 49-46 and two 48-47 to have Jinh defeat Grusander via unanimous decision.

In the night’s co-main event, Felicia Spencer (5-0) was able to keep her perfect record with an impressive submission win over Helena Kolesnyk (5-3). In the second round Spencer was able to take the action to the floor. She stayed busy on the back of Helena until she was able to  sink in the rear-naked choke. Felicia defeated Kolesnyk via submission rear-naked choke in Round 2 at the 1:47 mark.

In a featured strawweight bout we saw three-time UFC vet Heather Jo Clark (8-6) win her fight by unanimous decision against Kinberly Novaes (9-5).
