LFA 99 weigh-in results: Dennis vs. Cherant

LAS VEGAS, NV –  On Thursday, February 11th, LFA hosted the weigh-in for LFA 99: Dennis vs. Cherant from the Holiday Inn – Wichita East in Wichita, Kansas.

The main event will feature a light-heavyweight world title fight between former Legacy FC champion Myron “Lightskin Dynamite” Dennis (18-7) and submission savant Fabio “Water Buffalo” Cherant (6-1).

LFA 99 will take place inside the Hartman Arena in Park City, Kansas, which is a suburb of Wichita. The main card will be available tomorrow night LIVE on UFC FIGHT PASS® at 9 p.m. ET / 6 p.m. PT.

LFA officials implemented strict health codes, safeguards, and Coronavirus (COVID-19) testing protocols throughout the week. In accordance with these guidelines, every athlete competing at LFA 99 has tested negative for Coronavirus (COVID-19).

All, but two fighters, made their contracted weight when they stepped on the scales. Brant Moore and Flore Hani missed the mark. They will forfeit a portion of their purses to their opponents. LFA 99 will proceed with nine bouts, which includes the light-heavyweight title fight in the main event.
