Max Holloway Won’t Fight Frankie Edgar at UFC 222 due to Injury

UFC will be looking for a new opponent for Frankie Edgar at UFC 222 after Max Holloway suffered an injury. Due to this injury Max won’t be defending his featherweight title.

According to ESPN, featherweight champ Max Holloway has suffered an injury that will prevent him from defending his title against Frankie Edgar. This is the second time this belt has fell through, previously Edgar pulled out of their bout at UFC 218 and was replaced by Jose Aldo.
