Nathan Fletcher and Brian Bouland square off at CW 124

Bantamweight prospect Nathan Fletcher will square off with Brian Bouland on 25th June at CW 124.

Both men come in off the back of stoppage wins back at Cage Warrior’s last trilogy in March and will be looking to get a step closer to title contention.

When announcing the fight, Cage Warriors president Graham Boylan had this to say: “Bouland vs Fletcher is going to be an incredible fight.

“Fletcher is riding an incredible winning streak and put on an incredible display last time out despite some difficulties he was having.

“Bouland meanwhile has won three of his last four fights and is a bit of a knockout artist.

“It’s a really interesting matchup to watch and our French fans watching on 6play are going to be in for a treat.”

When asked about the fight and his opponent, Nathan Fletcher replied: “I’ve grown so much as fighter in the last six months and I can’t wait to show the level that I am at.

“Brian is a solid high level opponent, is very well rounded and the perfect test for me at this stage of my career.

“He did just fight my team mate Liam (Gittins) and I do think the fight was stopped prematurely however I won’t take any credit away from Brian, he caught Liam with a solid shot.

“I will 100% be looking to get this win back for my team.”

Brian Bouland has won 50% of his pro wins via KO, and had this to say: “I’m really excited to get back in the cage after my last victory.

“Training is going well, I am training with the best fighters in Belgium to increase my level and get me out of my comfort zone.

“Nathan Fletcher is a good grappler with decent boxing skills, but he isn’t on my level.

“I will finish him like I finished his teammate.”

CW 124 will be broadcast live on M6 Groupe’s AVOD platform 6play, one of France’s biggest broadcasting platforms, allowing French fans to tune in and enjoy the action.
