OKTAGON 51 Weigh-In Results: €1 million Tipsport Gamechanger final and interim title fight official

All fighters competing at OKTAGON 51 tomorrow night, December 29, officially weighed in earlier today. The loaded card features the final of the European MMA Champions League as well as an exciting interim middleweight title fight. 20,000 fans inside O2 Arena, Prague, will also witness open scoring for the very first time so the athletes and their teams will know exactly where they stand at the end of each round. We are about to sign 2023 off with a massive bang!
OKTAGON 51 will be broadcast live on OKTAGON.TV internationally as well as worldwide on the global platform, DAZN, in all markets except from CZ/SK/DE. Fans in the UK/Ireland can tune in on Channel 4 and RMC Sport will broadcast the event for viewers in France. OKTAGON 51 will be streamed exclusively on BILD+ in the DACH region.The action begins at 5pm GMT/6pm CET/12pm ET/9am CT.
In the main event, the overall winner of the €1 million Tipsport Gamechanger welterweight tournament will be decided when Serbia’s Bojan Veličković (24-12-2) squares off with the Greek Spartan, Andreas Michailidis (16-6), for a life changing €300,000. Lethal finisher, Vlasto Čepo (12-2), will clash with Babilon MMA champion, Piotr Wawrzyniak (11-5), in the co-headliner for the interim middleweight belt.
Czech superstar, Karlos Vémola (36-7), will grace O2 Arena, Prague, for the very last time when he faces long term rival, ‘Pirát’ Krištofič(16-6), in a special 88.5kg/195lbs catchweight bout. Former Glory kickboxer, Daniel Škvor (6-3), will throw down with the man known as ‘King Kong’, Martin Zawada (29-18-1), at light heavyweight.
Elsewhere on the card, devastating striker, Ion Surdu (14-5), squares off with former Cage Warriors and Venator FC champion, Stefano Paternò (15-4-1), in a Tipsport Gamechanger reserve bout. Furthermore, Bellator veteran, Chiara Penco (8-4), returns to the promotion opposite French all-rounder, Eva Dourthe (7-5), to decide the next contender at strawweight.
